Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Service Modes

  • Delivery: Available within our serviceable areas in/around Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • Pickup: Available at designated times and location(s) shown at checkout.
  • Catering: On-site service at customer venue per quotation/PI.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Regular orders are prepared against chosen time slots. During peak hours/festive seasons, prep and delivery times may be longer.
  • Catering prep and logistics follow the mutually agreed schedule in the quotation/PI.

3. Delivery Windows & Fees

  • Available time slots and applicable delivery fees (if any) are shown before checkout.
  • Delivery windows are estimates; traffic, weather, or access constraints may impact timing.
  • We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 hours of processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

4. Order Status Updates

We may send status updates via SMS/WhatsApp/email. For assistance, contact us with your order ID.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address, contact number, and landmark information.
  • Ensure you are available to receive the order during the selected time slot.
  • Catering: ensure venue access, permits (if any), and safe serving area.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, inaccessible location, or unavailability, we may return the order to the store. Re-delivery may incur additional charges and may not be possible for perishable items.

7. Damages & Missing Items

Please report any significant damage or missing items within 24 hours of receipt with photos/videos so we can assist per our Return & Refund Policy.
