Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 25 October 2025
1. Perishable Goods
Most of our products are freshly prepared, perishable food items. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are generally not possible once the order is delivered/picked up.
2. Order Cancellation
- Ready-to-eat orders: You may cancel before preparation starts. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
- Catering orders: Cancellations/reschedules follow the timelines and charges in your quotation/PI. Certain advances may be non-refundable after the lock-in window.
3. When We Can Help (Replacements/Refunds)
- Order not received due to our error or carrier loss.
- Wrong items delivered.
- Significant damage or quality issue on delivery (with evidence).
4. How to Raise a Request
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup at srinu0715@gmail.com or +91 83742 49322.
- Share order ID, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
5. Resolution
- After verification, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or credit note—at our discretion and subject to availability.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank/gateway timelines apply).
6. Exclusions
- Issues reported beyond 24 hours from delivery/pickup.
- Change-of-mind after preparation/delivery for perishable items.
- Taste preference where food quality is otherwise acceptable.
- Improper storage/handling after delivery.
- If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank/gateway timelines apply).
- Replacement will be processed and deliver within 1-2 hour once replacement is approved.
