1. About Us
Sri Lakshmi Cuisine Caterers (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://srilakshmicuisine.com/ (“Website”). We provide restaurant, curry point, takeaway, delivery, and catering services in and around Hyderabad, Telangana.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Pickup Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you order on behalf of a company or group, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
4. Menu, Prices & Taxes
- Menu items, descriptions, images, availability, and prices may change without notice.
- All prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any) are shown before you pay.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to item unavailability, delivery constraints, or payment authorization issues).
- Order confirmation is communicated on-screen and/or by SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- For catering: final headcount, menu, venue access, and service window must be confirmed by the deadline specified in your quotation/PI.
6. Payment
- We accept UPI and cards via PhonePe/other payment partners. You authorize us and our payment gateway to charge your selected method for the order amount.
- For catering: an advance may be required to lock the date; balances are payable as per the quotation/PI.
7. Delivery, Pickup & Service Radius
- Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in/around Hyderabad and during available slots. Fees may apply.
- Pickup is available at designated time slots and location(s) shown during checkout.
- Catering: the client must ensure venue access, power/water (if required), and safe serving space.
8. Food Safety, Allergens & Freshness
- Food is prepared fresh. Please consume immediately or store per safe-consumption guidance (hot foods hot, cold foods cold).
- Our kitchen may handle common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame). If you have allergies, please inform us before ordering. Cross-contact is possible.
9. Cancellations
- Ready-to-eat orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins; once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible (see Return & Refund Policy).
- Catering: cancellations/reschedules are subject to the timelines and charges in the quotation/PI; certain advances may be non-refundable after the lock-in window.
10. Quality Issues & Complaints
- If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup (earlier is better). Provide order ID, description, and photos/videos so we can help.
- Resolutions (replacement/partial or full refund) are per our Return & Refund Policy.
11. User Conduct & Reviews
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. We may remove such content and/or restrict access.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
13. Third-Party Links
External links (e.g., payment gateways, maps) are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order amount or INR 100, whichever is lower.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, transport failures, government actions).
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the Effective Date.
